Taken in the changing rooms after Eltham RUFC won a VRU Grand Final. It is very much a ‘being there at the right time’ kind of shot. Being an old player of the club, I had full access to the team from the warm up to the piss up. I took many, many shots that day and this is the best of the lot.

From the Man in the Moon to pictures of Elvis discerned in burnt toast, seeing faces in the random patterns of the world around us seems to be a natural by-product of being human.

This photo was taken outside of the Treasury Casino in Brisbane. I liked the mix of the old competing with the new.

Winter in Scotland can be a magical time for photography. I love the dormant landscape getting ready to come alive again in spring. The lonely farm surrounded by skeletal trees looks totally isolated by the freshly ploughed fields. And of course the wonderful sky.

Seaford Pier, Victoria.
A warm evening watching the sunset near Seaford Pier. Lots of people creating many wonderful silhouettes. Zooming in from the beach and waiting for the right moment as people jump from the pier, Enjoying the end of summer.
