He’s got to be Rankin!

If you happen to be in London this Friday (July 31), why not call in at the Old Truman brewery, where for the modest sum of 10 pounds (around $20) you will be granted entrance to Shoot Me Rankin, ‘a live and interactive photo-shoot experience in which previously selected members of the public will be shot by Rankin and their images immediately added to the exhibition.’

World Press Photos on Show in Sydney

This year’s winner of the coveted World Press Photo of the Year award went to a colour image taken on 31 March, 2003, by French photographer Jean-Marc Bouju. The image depicts a hooded Iraqi war prisoner holding his 4-year-old son at a US detention camp in Iraq and portrays a rare moment of humanity in a war zone.
