Viltrox has added a new lens to its full-frame Viltrox Air series, the Viltrox AF 50mm f/2.0 Air FE/Z, which comes with mounts for Nikon and Sony mirrorless cameras.

The new lens features a compact design and light weight, which makes it suitable for multiple applications. The classic, yet versatile 50mm focal length is good for capturing portraits, street photography and landscapes. The lens weighs only 205g-220g, so it’s easy to carry and is compact enough to be pocketable. Advanced optics, including 3 ED and 4 high-refractive-index lenses, are fitted compactly into a palm-sized body, ensuring exceptional sharpness edge-to-edge. HD nano multilayer coating further enhances clarity. This design minimises chromatic aberration, delivering clean, sharp and clear imaging across the entire frame.
