An exhibition of photographs taken on the day when Prime Minister Kevin Rudd created history by saying “Sorry” to Australia’s Indigenous people will open at Parliament House in Canberra on 13 February.

An exhibition of winning photographs from this year’s Sony World Photography Awards goes on display at the Sydney Opera House today.

Argentinean photographer, Alejandro Chaskielberg, has been announced as winner of the L’Iris D’Or prize at this year’s Sony World Photography Awards.

The L’Iris d’Or and professional category winners of the 2010 Sony World Photography Awards were announced on 22 April, at the Palais des Festivals in Cannes, France.
