Sydney-based camera store, Foto Riesel, has launched the Foto Riesel Foto Rally, a photographic challenge organised with support from the Australian Centre of Photography, Canon and the City of Sydney.

 

October 7, 2010: Sydney-based camera store, Foto Riesel, has launched the Foto Riesel Foto Rally, a photographic challenge organised with support from the Australian Centre of Photography, Canon and the City of Sydney.
Participants will be challenged to push their creativity by completing a series of photographic challenges while following a prescribed route in Sydney. All intending participants must check in at Foto Riesel Create Centre at360 Kent Street to register and collect their passport, clues and map. They then walk, ride or pedal to the various destinations to complete the photographic challenges and win prizes.
The Foto Riesel Foto Rally takes place on Saturday, 16 October from 9.00 a.m. An entry fee of $10 per person applies. The event is open to anyone who enjoys taking pictures and no special equipment is required. Participants will be competing got a range of prizeds donated by Canon, Crumpler, Polaroid, Dinosaur Designs and LaCie, with a Grand Prize of a Canon EOS 60D kit valued at $2199 for the photograph judged the Best Overall Image.
