Sydney’s premier camera market is set for 3 December at Newington College’s Centenary Hall in Stanmore, offering more than 50 tables of old cameras, lenses and related equipment.

A new exhibition titled Focus: Australian government photographers will open at the National Archives of Australia in Canberra on 17 November 2023 and run until 10 June 2024.

‘The salt lake’, a major survey exhibition of photographs by Murray Fredericks, opens at the Museum of Australian Photography on 25 November and runs until 18 February 2024.

The 10th edition of the Ballarat International Foto Biennale has enjoyed a bumper year with more than 30,000 visitors across 89 venues covering education programs, exhibitions and events.

Photographs from the 2023 Nikon-Walkley Press Photography Competition will go on display at the State Library of NSW on Saturday October 21 before touring other cities.
