Canon Australia has today announced a new premium support offering that provides consumers with complete Canon manufacturer backing and benefits for up to three years from the date of purchase of Canon equipment.
The Canon Care Pack includes full product replacement and free freight when making a claim against registered products suffering manufacturing faults for up to three years from the date of purchase. The Care Pack can be used with a new consumer product that is distributed by Canon Australia and is purchased in Australia from Canon Australia or an Authorised Reseller. Where a consumer purchases multiple eligible products as part of one Canon kit or bundle, whether created by Canon Australia or a reseller (as evidenced by a single receipt), all eligible products comprised in the kit will be covered by the one Care Pack.
It does NOT cover products imported from overseas and not distributed by Canon Australia (known as “grey market” or “parallel import” products), projector lamps, printing consumables (ink and toner), print heads, drums, lamps, cartridges and paper, scanner rubber rollers, software or single-function and multifunction Laser Beam Printers.
