Details have been released of the Sigma 15mm f/1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye | Art and 500mm f/5.6 DG DN OS | Sports lenses, which are designed for Sony E-mount and L-Mount cameras.

The 15mm f/1.4 DG DN Diagonal Fisheye | Art lens is the first consumer lens for full-frame cameras to boast ‘fisheye’ coverage with a maximum aperture of f/1.4. Covering a 180° angle of view across the entire frame, it offers superior optical performance coupled with a dust and splash resistant structure. The new lens has a de-clickable aperture ring, rear filter holder, locking front cap with filter storage slots and a removable tripod socket. It also boasts a lens heater retainer. The optical design contains 21 elements in 15 groups and includes four FLD, three SLD and two aspherical elements plus an 11-bladed iris diaphragm with a rounded aperture. The minimum focus of this lens is 38.5 cm, giving a maximum magnification of 1:18.
The lens is approximately 158 mm long with a diameter of 104 mm and a weight of 1.36 kg.

The 500mm f/5.6 DG DN OS | Sports lens joins a group of lenses designed specifically for sports and wildlife photographers but has the advantage of a relatively light weight of approximately 1.37 kg. Measuring approximately 236 mm in length, with a diameter of 107.6 mm, it has a minimum focusing distance of 320 cm and covers a five degree angle of view. The optical design consists of 20 elements in 14 groups and includes three FLD and two SLD elements plus an 11-bladed iris diaphragm with a rounded aperture. This lens accepts 95 mm diameter filters. In-built stabilisation provides up to five stops of shake compensation. It is made from high-precision TSC and magnesium alloy and has a dust and splash resistant structure and detachable tripod socket plus a manual aperture ring. Buttons or switches are provided for AF Lock, focus limiter, focus mode and stabiliser on/off. The L-Mount version is compatible with Sigma’s USB Dock and teleconverters.
