The annual CP+ show for cameras and photo imaging opens today at PACIFICO Yokohama in Japan with a record 149 companies and organisations exhibiting.

Claimed as the World Premiere Show for cameras, photography, and imaging, it will run until Sunday, March 1, as a hybrid event combining an on-site exhibition and an online program. This year’s highlights include a line-up of sessions presented by renowned photographers and creators, including Hiroshi Sugimoto, Kyoichi Tsuzuki, Takashi Homma, Rinko Kawauchi, and Daisuke Yokota. As well as stands presenting the products of major imaging manufacturers, there will also be a series of events highlighting the current state of photo culture, with exhibitions such as the ZOOMS Photo Exhibition, Cat Photo Exhibition, Photo Koshien Exhibition, and Student Club Exhibition. A wide line-up of hands-on workshops designed to enrich the visual lives of camera-loving individuals and families.
