 August 30, 2006: Baltronics Victoria has expanded its hire studio capability by opening a new complex, Studio 100, in Cubitt Street, close to its existing drive-in Studio 94. The new facility has two studio spaces. Studio A is ideal for fashion, featuring an open fire, cyclorama, and optional daylight lighting. Studio B is suited to food, furniture or small sets and has a modern kitchen, hard floor, and optional daylight. The original Baltronics Studio 94 provides plenty of floor space for large shoots (19m x 13m) with a large corner area (5.7 x 7 x 4.5m high) with showers and hair and make-up facilities. All three studios have access to the largest hire equipment department in Melbourne on site at Studio 100, and just a few doors down the street from Studio 94. Only three kilometres from the centre of Melbourne with plenty of parking, Studio 94 and Studio 100 are ideal for interstate photographers who require studio space and hire equipment in Melbourne. Rates are $300 per day for Studio B; $400 for Studio A and $500 for Studio 94 (including tax). Baltronics provides a 20% discount off equipment hire rates when used in conjunction with the hire of a studio.
