The latest versions of Adobe’s raw file conversion plug-ins, Camera Raw 9.5 and DNG Converter 9.5 are now available.
Camera Raw 9.5 has an updated visual interface with a colour scheme that will mimic those of Photoshop CC and Bridge for better integration of the applications. Users can also change their colour scheme by visiting the interface preferences within the host application. The new plug-ins address a number of bugs found in the previous plug-ins and add support for the latest cameras released by Canon, Nikon, Olympus, Panasonic, Samsung and Sony. A number of lens profiles have also been added.
Camera Raw 9.5 is only available in Photoshop CC or later. It can be updated by selecting Help>Updates in the software. Photographers using older versions of Photoshop can utilise the DNG Converter for continued camera support.
