Venus Optics’ latest manual focus macro lens, the 35mm f/2.8 Zero-D Tilt-Shift 0.5x Macro, has just been released for full-frame cameras with canon RF, Nikon Z, Sony E and Leica L mounts.

Combining a distortion-free, 35mm wide-angle perspective with tilt-shift control and half-macro capabilities, this lens can be used for landscape and architectural photography and product close-ups, where the tilt/shift controls and minimum focusing distance of 22.8 cm become especially valuable. Its APO (Apochromatic) design also eliminates chromatic aberration and delivers edge-to-edge sharpness across the 87.5-degree angle of view. The fast f/2.8 aperture supports low-light photography, making it ideal for night scenes, long exposures and indoor shooting. The built-in 77 mm filter thread offers practical and cost-effective filter use without bulky adapters. A detachable Arca-Swiss lens support provides quick and secure mounting to tripods, while a ‘Frog-Eye Coating’ on the front element makes it easy to keep free of dust and moisture.
