Taken whilst on a visit to Queensland, it was just out of reach of my shorter lens hence the telephoto lens used at 270mm. Had to crop the edges of the image and spot fix some dark spots on the petals.

Photographer Robert Callanan’s composition has an attractive creamy quality – both in the central subject’s delicate hues and in the nice telephoto-induced bokeh.
A restful, balanced image, with a Zen-like evocation of peace and contemplation, it’s so vivid you can almost catch the scent of the blossoms.
