The Ballarat International Foto Biennale is hosting two fundraising exhibitions in Melbourne and Ballarat.

Both exhibitions represent the chance to acquire original pictures selected from the works of emerging and established national and international artists and showcase more than 150 artworks. Members of the public who contribute AU$160 will be able to select  one artwork from the exhibition to  take home on the night and enjoy drinks and nibbles while viewing the pictures. A fee of $30 to cover drinks and nibbles will apply to those who attend without making a purchase. For those who are unable to attend but keen to acquire a picture, photographs can be selected in order of preference from the online catalogue at ballaratfoto.org/yellowdot and BIFB staff will be your representative on the night.

The Ballarat exhibition will take place on Monday, 30 April at Mitchell Harris Wines (upstairs),  38 Doveton St North, Ballarat  between 6.00 and 8.30pm. The Melbourne exhibition will be held on Thursday, 3 May at the Eleven40 Gallery, 1140 Malvern Rd, Malvern , also between 6.00 and 8.30pm.
