The Australian Museum has scheduled a special series of late night openings between February and April 2010 to allow working people to view the popular Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2009 exhibition.

 

January 19, 2010: The Australian Museum has scheduled a special series of late night openings between February and April 2010 to allow working people to view the popular Wildlife Photographer of the Year 2009 exhibition.
The annual exhibition attracted a record 43,135 entries from 94 countries this year and the 95 winning images are now on show at the Australian Museum until 26 April, 2010. In addition to the exhibition remaining open on three special Thursday evenings (4 February, 25 March and 22 April), each event will also feature a Night Talk – giving visitors the chance to hear from leading cultural and photography experts.
Bookings are not required for late night exhibition entry ($17 per adult, $9 per child, $5 for members) but special pre-booked exhibition entry + night talk packages are available for $30 per person ($20 for members). These tickets are limited to 150 people and include exhibition entry + light refreshments, one hour talk, and open question time.
