Wacom has released a new digital pen for use on its MobileStudio Pro, Cintiq Pro or the 2017 Intuos Pro pen tablets.

The new Pro Pen 3D features a third button that provides additional control options for 3D programs and applications to meet the needs of creative professionals working in industrial design, game design, animation, virtual and augmented reality, and 2D and 3D art.
With the pen, users can manipulate and speed up the design process when sculpting within 3D software applications such as Pixologic’s ZBrush or Autodesk’s Maya, without having to touch their keyboard.
The pen’s default settings for the third button controls tumbling and rotation, engaging users with all the small details in a 3D model.
The settings are customisable, as other shortcuts for preferred tools or commands.
The Pro Pen 2 also boasts 8,192 levels of pressure sensitivity and a sensitive pen tip.
