Inca has released a new universal charger for exclusive use with lithium ion (Li-ion) batteries.

Compatible with most 3.6-3.7V, 7.2-7.4V digital camera, camcorder and mobile phone Li-ion batteries; the charger will automatically detect the correct voltage and polarity for the battery. This eliminates the hassle of figuring out the battery’s positive and negative contact points. It is compact and lightweight, making it ideal for travellers. The LED display makes it easy to tell when the battery is charging (red) or fully charged (green). When the battery is finished charging, the charger will automatically switch off. The new charger has a recommended retail price of AU$34.95 and is available in specialist camera stores.
