A new firmware upgrade is now available for the Syrp Genie, fixing four problems identified with earlier firmware.
Version 2.6.4 can be downloaded by clicking on this link >> DOWNLOAD FIRMWARE 2.6.4 <<. It provides the following bug fixes:
– Fixed issues with Bounce Back
– Fixed connection issues for 2-axis control between Genie and Genie Mini
– Fixed settings corruption issues present in 2.6.2
– Fixed issue with long movement settings in time-lapse mode moving incorrect distances.
The download is a zip file, which must be unzipped to extract the firmware (.bin). Updating the firmware on a Genie will reset the Genie to factory defaults and delete any saved presets.
