March 9, 2009: Sanyo has launched a new dual camera range in Australia featuring models that allow still pictures to be taken during movie recording without interruption to the movie flow.
The new range boasts three dual cameras, all of which are compact and lightweight, thanks to the use of flash memory storage. All three models feature 3.0-inch LCD monitors. Topping the range is the VPC-FH1EXBK, which claims to be the world’s first full HD 60 fps (frames per second) progressive camera – and also the smallest full HD horizontal form camera. Recording video with a resolution of 1920 x 1080p, this model provides outstanding video quality. This model is due for release next month at an RRP of $799.
