One of the more interesting products showcased at CES 2015 is a new series of portable solid-state drives from Samsung.

Available in 250GB, 500GB or 1TB capacities, these portable hard drives boast maximum read/write speeds of 450 MBps and are small enough to slip into a pocket. Each drive measures 71.1 x 9.2 x 53 mm and is based upon the same V-NAND chips as used in gaming computers. Published US pricing is around US180, $300 and $600, respectively.
