September 10, 2007: Ricoh has released a new 7.16-megapixel digicam with a price tag of just $179. The Caplio RR750 contains 32MB of internal memory and includes an SD card slot that can accommodate cards up to 2GB in capacity. The camera will accept rechargeable NiMH AA batteries and offers a longer battery life than its predecessors. Regular AA batteries can also be used. The RR750 is also PictBridge enabled for direct printing. Images can be transferred to a PC by USB cable, while bundled software enables users to enhance photos and create panoramic images. |
