The Laowa 12mm f/2.8 Zero-D is the widest f/2.8 rectilinear lens with close-to-zero distortion available currently. Covering a 122-degree angle of view and offering a maximum f/2.8 aperture, it is suitable for landscape, architectural and interior work as well as travel and astrophotography. Close-to-zero optical distortion ensures straight lines and object shapes are reproduced correctly from corner to corner. A water and dust repelling ‘Frog Eye Coating’ has been added to the front element of the lens for protection against dust and grime in harsh conditions. This lens is now available in seven mounts: Canon EF, Nikon F, Pentax K, Sony A, Sony FE, Canon RF and Nikon Z mounts. MSRP in US is US$849. Click here for more information.
The Laowa 25mm f/2.8 2.5-5X Ultra Macro lens is optimised for macro shooting at between 2.5x and 5x life size, providing an extended working distance (45mm at 2x and 40mm at 2.5x) to enable sufficient lighting on the subject when shooting in the field. An optional LED ring light and tripod collar are available for easier lighting control and precision operation. This lens comes in six mounts: Canon EF, Nikon F, Pentax K, Sony FE, Canon RF and Nikon Z. MSRP in US is US$399. Click here for more information.
The Laowa 100mm f/2.8 2:1 Ultra Macro APO lens offers a longer reach with a reproduction ratio of 2:1. Apochromatic (APO) design minimises both longitudinal and lateral chromatic aberration. The lens has a similar physical size to other 100mm Macro lens in the market but with a wider magnification range. It can also focus to infinity and serve as a portrait lens with outstanding optical quality. Currently, Canon EF, Nikon AI, Sony FE mounts are available. The New Canon RF mount and Nikon Z mount version are expected to start shipping in March 2020. MSRP in US is $499. Click here for more information.
