Designed for Sony E-mount full-frame mirrorless cameras, this lens has a minimum focus of just 11 centimetres, where it can provide half-life-size reproduction. Its optical design comprises 10 elements in nine groups and includes one glass moulded aspherical element and three low dispersion elements. Moisture-resistant construction, coupled with a fluorine coating on the front surface repels dust, moisture and fingerprints and makes the lens easy to keep clean. BBAR (Broad-Band Anti-Reflection) Coating suppresses reflections on lens element surfaces to  minimise unwanted flare and ghosting.

This lens accepts 67 mm diameter filters, the same as all other Tamron lenses for full-frame mirrorless cameras. An OSD (Optimised Silent Drive) DC motor ensures silent autofocusing and the lens is compatible with various camera-specific features including Fast Hybrid AF and Eye AF. The lens will sell for approximately AU$549. Click here for more information.
