Panasonic has released an updated Lumix S L-mount lens roadmap for its full-frame mirrorless adding two, yet to be identified, lenses.

The two unidentified lenses are likely to be a 100mm macro lens and a 28-200mm all-in-one extended-range zoom lens. Panasonic had a 100mm f/2.8 macro lens on the Lumix S roadmap some time ago but it was removed in around 2019. Given the position of the marker on the roadmap, it’s possible this lens has been ‘revived’, probably with an updated design. The high-power zoom lens is more enigmatic since Panasonic has nothing to compete with the 24-200mm from Canon and Nikon or the slightly longer 24-240mm E-mount lens offered by Sony. We’ll keep you posted!
