One of the smallest medium format lenses available, the new Laowa 19mm lens is just 80 mm long and weighs 546 grams. Due to the larger medium format sensor size of GFX, the lens is equivalent to about 15mm on a full-frame sensor format. Offering a maximum aperture of f/2.8, it encompasses an angle of view of 110 degrees and claims ‘Zero Distortion’. Five diaphragm blades create 10-pointed sunstars when the lens is stopped down and the new lens has a minimum focusing distance of 18 cm. It accepts 77 mm diameter screw-in filters. The MSRP for the Laowa 19mm f/2.8 Zero-D GFX is US$999. Click here more information.
