The Digital Holster V3 series builds on the clean, minimalist appearance of the original version and its innovative ‘Pop Down’ feature that enables photographers to keep their lens hood in position or carry a longer telephoto lens adding new features based on user feedback. These include additional external pockets for photo accessories, improvements to the back panel to reduce friction while rotating the holster and replacement of the front panel with a waterproof and more durable TPU material. All seven of the new models are designed to be form-fitting to a standard or gripped camera body with a zoom lens attached. Each has a zippered pocket on the top outside lid for accessories plus an accessory pocket underneath the lid for items like spare memory cards and lens caps and an attachment on the back for connection to any Think Tank belt, belt pack or selected backpack waist belts. There is also a removable soft divider inside to protect camera LCD screen from the camera’s strap plus a removable non-slip shoulder strap and seam-sealed rain cover.

The second-generation BackLight Series V2 backpacks come in two new colours, Montane Green and Slate Black, and are made from an ultra-durable Dynatec nylon fabric. Designed for outdoor photographers who need a rugged backpack with additional carry capacity for personal gear, they come with a rear-panel compartment that provides quick access to equipment without the need to take off the pack. Users can change lenses or snap a quick photo by simply spinning the bag to the front of their body while the waist belt is still secured. The BackLight Sprint, the smallest in the series, is ideal for photographers with lighter kits who want a smaller less bulky bag. It can hold a standard-sized camera body and trifecta of zoom lenses and includes two large side pockets each able to fit a 32 oz Nalgene water bottle, or a collapsed tripod. The front pocket offers 2 litres of capacity for personal gear and opens vertically on the right side for easy access.

Similar provision for accessories is provided in the BackLight 18L, which can accommodate two standard camera bodies with lenses attached plus 1-3 additional zoom lenses. The BackLight 26L Photo Daypack has 9 litres of daypack capacity and provides plenty of space for personal gear, including dedicated compartments for a 10-inch tablet and 16-inch MacBook Pro. The BackLight 36L Photo Daypack also makes provision for a tablet and laptop and offers 11 litres of daypack capacity for personal gear.
