Fujifilm Australia has launched a three-year warranty on all GFX System and X Series cameras and GF, XF or XC model lenses purchased through authorised retailers.
This represents an increase on the previous one year warranty and includes free-of-charge repair or replacement services.
The new warranty will also cover any accessory included in the box of a new camera or lens but does not cover products purchased before May 1st, 2022, or from a retailer outside Australia. To be eligible for the 3 Year Warranty, products must be purchased on or after 1st May 2022 from Fujifilm Australia or an authorised Fujifilm Australia retailer. In the event a customer needs to make a warranty claim, valid proof of purchase is to be presented together with the product.
