Three new digital fine art papers from the renowned St Cuthberts Mill based in the UK have been added to Kayells Canson range under the Somerset Enhanced brand name.

Created by St Cuthberts Mill’s artisan papermakers, these papers are produced using the traditional mould made papermaking process. All are made from 100% cotton rag and do not contain any optical brightening agents (OBAs) and all have a proprietary inkjet coating that guarantees superb image quality and longevity.
Somerset Enhanced Satin White is available in 225 gsm and 330 gsm weights and features a smooth satin matt surface and natural white base. The mill uses a traditional cylinder mould to manufacture this paper, which looks and feels as though it is handmade. Somerset Enhanced Velvet White is a mould-made, 100% cotton rag digital fine art paper with a fine grain texture which accentuates the detail in the final image. It has a natural white base, which contains no optical brightening agents and is available in sheet sizes from A4 through to A2 and 12 metre long rolls from 17-inch to 60-inch wide, with a choice of three weights: 330 gsm, 255 gsm and 225 gsm. SomersetEnhanced Watercolour White has a traditional watercolour ‘cold pressed’ surface finish with a soft, refined feel to the touch. This paper is based on a traditional printmaking paper which has been used by artists for a range of time-honoured techniques such as intaglio, etching, stone lithography, silkscreen, relief printing and letterpress It comes in 240 gsm thickness and is available in sheets from A4 to A2 and 12-metre length rolls.
