Made from a lightweight carbon fibre/polycarbonate composite, the camera features a multifunction handgrip with all controls for recording, ISO, WB and shutter angle easily accessible. It also features a larger 6144 x 3456 pixel Super 35 sensor that allows shooting with a shallow depth of field and anamorphic lenses. Support of the latest Generation 5 colour science gives users the same imaging technology as the most expensive digital film cameras and the new camera claims up to 13 stops of dynamic range with dual native ISO up to 25,600 for low-noise images in all lighting conditions. All models let customers shoot up to 60 fps in full resolution or 120 fps windowed. Other features include built in 2, 4 and 6 stop ND filters, an adjustable tilt HDR LCD with a bright 1500 nits that’s ideal for use in bright sunlight, two mini XLR audio inputs and a larger NP-F570 style battery. The EF lens mount lets customers use larger EF photographic lenses to create cinematic images with shallower depth of field and creative defocused backgrounds with attractive bokeh.
