Chinese manufacturer, AstrHori, has released details of its latest manual focus macro lens, which offers up to 5x magnification and is available for the leading mirrorless cameras.

The new AstrHori 25mm f/2.8 2x-5x Macro lens is offered in Sony E, Canon RF, Fujifilm X, Nikon Z and Leica/Panasonic L mounts. Weighing only 474 grams it boasts an optical design containing 10 elements in seven groups with two ED and two HR glass elements.

The aperture ring is clicked and covers a range from f/2.8 to f/16. Focusing is fully manual and the lens has a working distance that varies between 37.5 mm and 45 mm. The table below shows the minimum focus for different magnifications.
