The new cards have been engineered Sony’s stills and video cameras that use CFexpress Type A and support sustained write speed of 650 MB/s and ensure steady and uninterrupted read and write performance across the entire capacity of the card. Advanced Thermal Management protects both cards and content from the effects of overheating. Released with the new cards is Angelbird’s Card Reader for CFexpress Type A cards, which also allows firmware updates to be applied directly from the card to maintain ongoing camera compatibility and full feature set. Also on offer is a matching, hard-aluminium memory card case for secure storage and easy transport of up to four CFexpress Type A cards. An in-house data recovery service is available for all cards on hard- and software-levels and the cards are supported by a 3-year limited warranty once registered.
The Angelbird AV PRO CFexpress A SE 160GB card has an RRP of AU$425, while the 330GB card is priced at AU$575. Click here for details of Australia-wide stockists that carry the new cards.
