The latest versions of Adobe’s consumer-level photo and video editing software applications include new automated features powered by Adobe Sensei AI technology.

Highlights of the latest versions include functions for easily turning photos into art, warping photos to fit any shape, and automatically reframing subjects when users resize videos for social media. Four new Guided Edits bring the total of 87 enabling users to easily increase editing skills. In addition, new photo and video slideshow styles provide a greater palette for making personalised creations. Photoshop Elements 2022 also includes a function for adding moving overlays like snowflakes, hearts and sparkles to images plus the ability to save the resulting animations as MP4 clips for sharing on social media or using on e-cards.
Premiere Elements 2022 now makes it easy to edit and export videos in social-friendly vertical or square formats without losing content. Users can also add motion titles, mattes, and backgrounds designed for non-horizontal videos. Adobe Sensei AI technology also includes the ability to automatically re-frame video clips to keep the most important part of the action in the frame.
