Both applications include new AI-powered features and offer revised user interfaces that make it easier to go from quick fixes to total transformations. Users can access 62 step-by-step Guided Edits as well as templates for Photo Reels, Highlight Reels, slideshows, collages, motion titles and animated social posts. Customisable built-in pre-sets in Photoshop Elements 2024 make it easy to fine-tune hue, saturation, and brightness in photos, as shown above. Users can also create and share fast-moving Photo Reels containing images, text, effects and graphics for sharing on social media. The revised editing interface has a fresh look with modern fonts, icons, buttons and colours that are easier on the eye as well as light and dark mode options.

New automatic selections, powered by Adobe AI, make it simple to enhance or replace just one area of a photo, while one-click photo Quick Actions enable users to instantly blur or remove a background, smooth skin, dehaze or colourise a photo. Adobe AI also underpins a new artefact-removal option for enhancing compressed JPEGs. Other introductions include new Artistic Effect options plus free access to thousands of beautiful stock photos from right inside Photoshop Elements.

Adobe Premiere Elements 2024 introduces AI-powered automatic Highlight Reels that quickly turns your clips into videos that draw people in by focusing on motion, close-ups, and your highest-quality footage. New audio effects like Reverb, Vocal Enhancer and DeHummer will improve your listening experience. Also new are Web and Mobile Companion Apps, which are offered in English-only beta format.

Photoshop Elements 2024 and Premiere Elements 2024 are individually priced at AU$145.19, while a discounted bundle of the two is available from Adobe and through major photo/video retailers for AU$219.99. Click here for more information.
