November 2, 2006: View the very latest photographic and digital imaging equipment at a free Photographic & Digital Imaging Expo that will be held at the Cardinia Cultural Centre, Lakeside Boulevard, Pakenham, Victoria on Wednesday, 29 November. Doors will open at 11.30 a.m. and the show will run through to 9 p.m. The exhibition will feature major photo and digital companies showcasing today’s cutting-edge developments and trends in imaging technology, software, and output printing systems. All leading manufacturers and distributors will have company representatives on hand to answer any questions on their latest products. Canon, Nikon and Olympus will showcase their latest DSLR camera systems and the new Tamron AF18-200mm lens will be on display, along with other lenses in the Tamron range. Casio, Fujifilm, Ricoh and Samsung will also demonstrate their latest compact digital still cameras. For the video enthusiasts JVC will present a hard drive camcorder that combines a 3-CCD image device for superior pro-quality video and 5-megapixel still pictures with the long recording time of an internal 30 GB hard disk drive. A comprehensive range of Lowepro camera bags will be on display with many stylish and innovative designs. Total Image and Better Picture magazine editor, Shelton Muller, will provide educational talks throughout the day and all exhibitors will also have red hot bargains and specials on offer. Every hour visitors will also have a chance to win some outstanding prizes, simply by being there.
