Content creators are reminded that entries to this year’s RØDE Creator of the Year Awards will close on 1 October, with prizes in 22 different categories up for grabs.
This year there will be two awards per category, with one judged by RØDE and the other voted for by the community. This year’s categories are: Adventure & Outdoors, ASMR, Beauty, Comedy, DIY & Hobbies, Entertainment Review, Fashion, Food & Cooking, Gaming, Gear & Tech Reviews, Gym & Fitness, Health & Wellness, Home & Studio Tours, Hot-to & Tutorial, Interview, Journalism, Music Production & Performance, Science, Short Film & Documentary, Sport, Travel & Lifestyle and Video Podcast. Everyone who enters has a chance to win one of two major awards, or one of two awards for each category.
The major award of Creator of the Year receives a cash prize of $20,000 plus $30,000 worth of prizes. The Emerging Creator of the Year receives a cash prize of $10,000 plus $25,000 worth of prizes.
