2020 Vision covered the shared struggles, collective resilience and complex recovery process of the NSW communities who were affected by the ‘Black Summer’, the subsequent flooding, the pandemic, and the general unrest and turbulence in world politics. The project was supported by the NSW Government through Create NSW.

Rossler’s photograph features the Stiff Gins performing live for the Australia Council’s First Nations Art Awards at the Sydney Opera House. Runners-up were Simon Ross and Natalie Grono.

The exhibition will be featured at the 2021 Head On Photo Festival in November. It will be accompanied by a 96pp hard-cover book which includes all exhibited photographs, plus an extra 20 images from the project. The book is available for purchase from Head On Website.
