The Museum of Australian Photography (MAPh) has introduced a new photography prize that gives members a chance to showcase their work and compete for cash prizes.

The LOOK! MAPh Members’ photography prize is open to all aspiring and seasoned photographers who are MAPh members, who are invited to submit up to three of their most captivating photographic works. MAPh’s Senior Curator and Curator will review all entries and select works to be displayed in our Atrium Gallery from 30 August to 27 November 2023. Winners will be selected from the following categories: portraiture, still-life, architecture, documentary, experimental, fashion, landscape, monochrome, nature, photojournalism and street photography. Each winner will be awarded a generous $50 Camera House voucher, graciously donated by Croydon Camera House. Entries will 11.59pm on 13 August 2023.
