Sony has announced the finalists for the fourth annual Catchlight Film Festival, which celebrates the best short-form filmmaking shot on Sony cameras across Australia and New Zealand.
Winners of this year’s Catchlight Film Festival will be announced on Saturday 28 September at the 2024 Catchlight Film Festival awards ceremony in Sydney, hosted by Sony Australia. The Catchlight Film Festival includes five categories – Fiction (scripted), Non-Fiction (documentary), Student Fiction, Music Video, and 2024 sees the debut of the “Cinematic Social” category, designed to recognise striking and beautiful work created specifically for the small screen.
