Organiser, Kayell, has extended the deadline for submissions to its filmmaking challenge tpo 1 September 2021 due to recent COVID-19 lockdowns.
With submissions opening in May, the Illuminate Filmmaking Challenge celebrates the best short film shot in Australia on any DLSR, mirrorless or similar camera. The Filmmaking Challenge aims to encourage filmmakers at all levels, from passionate amateurs to industry veterans and showcase the exceptional talent and abilities of content creators, cinematographers and filmmakers who are using DLSR, Mirrorless or better cameras to capture their stories. In this the inaugural year, the filmmaking challenge focuses on the theme of ‘Illuminate’.
