The latest version of the popular Phase One Capture One raw file conversion software has been redesigned to provide powerful features in a configurable interface.
Capture One 12 combines raw file conversion with image editing and asset management. This update provides new masking tools and improved workflow features, along with a new plug-in ecosystem that will allow third-party developers to connect their services and applications to Capture One. It also enhances the support for Fujifilm cameras, which was introduced in Capture One 11.3, by adding the ability to correctly read and interpret Fujifilm’s proprietary Film Simulations. A newly re-designed, contemporary interface makes the software easier to use during long editing sessions and facilitates experimentation. New iconography better conveys tool functionality, and the new slider design, the spacing of the tools, and font size increase improves both the look and the usability of the program. The menu system has been revised to make it easier to use and to bring Mac and Windows versions of the software into alignment.
In addition to the RAW support for more than 500 cameras, Capture One also provides profiling and image correction support for more than 500 lenses. Click here for a complete list of supported cameras.
