Olympus has released firmware updates for its OM-D E-M10 II, OM-D E-M10 III, PEN E-PL8 and PEN E-PL7 cameras to correct autofocusing issues with two Panasonic lenses.

The lenses in question are the Leica DG Vario-Elmarit 50-200mm f/2.8-4 ASPH. POWER O.I.S. and DG Elmarit 200mm f/2.8 POWER O.I.S.  The firmware is version 1.1 for the  E-M10 II, E-M10 III and E-PL8 and version 1.4 for the E-PL7. Firmware version 1.1 for the E-M10 Mark III also adds an RC mode to the camera’s functions.
