The display of photographs will be on show at the State Library of South Australia (North Terrace &, Kintore Ave, Adelaide, SA) until 28 March and showcases the work of photographers across a range of genres, from news and sport to portraiture and photographic essays.  The Walkley Awards are the highest honour in Australian journalism, celebrating excellence across all media since 1956. From the other side of the world to our own backyard, this exhibition lets us reflect on the year in news, through the individual world views and skilled lenses of Australia’s best photojournalists.
