: Ricoh Australia has released a new range of high-speed memory cards and lens and LCD cleaning pens from Unity Digital.

The new Unity Digital High Speed Compact Flash and SD cards offer write/read speeds up to 6MB/sec (at a write data size of 16kbs) and are ideal for photographers who want the fastest burst capture speeds from their digital cameras. Available in 128MB, 256MB and 512MB capacities they will also suit digicam users who want to use their cameras for video capture. Unity Digital’s High Speed SD cards are also totally waterproof and feature a write protect switch on the side of the card to prevent accidental overwriting of data and images.
LensPens are designed to make cleaning lenses and display screens quick, safe and effective. These tiny tools have a retractable soft brush for dusting off harmful grit at one end and a cleaning disc at the other. The disk is shaped to reach right into the corners of display screens or the edges of lenses and it’s impregnated with a safe, non-abrasive cleaning compound that removes grease and grime without damaging optical coatings. Three LensPens are available: the Original LensPen that can be used on all optical surfaces, the LensPen DigiKlear, which is designed for cleaning the flat surfaces of digital displays (and can also be used on mobile phones, camcorders and PDA displays) and the LensPen MiniPro, which is designed specifically for the smaller lenses on digital cameras, APS cameras, compact camcorders, binocular eyepieces and microscopes.
