Lowepro has released updated models for one of its best selling camera bags, the Slingshot, in the form of two models: Transit Backpack 350 AW and the Transit Sling 250 AW.

Designed to suit active photographers and travellers, the new bags offer multiple configuration options and fast-access for photographers on the move. Features include fast-opening side zips for easy access when the bag is rotated from back to front. The innovative UltraFlex fit system provides multiple ways to organize and protect your camera, laptop/tablet and personal gear via the central flex divider, which includes secure padding. A Hideaway Tripod Mount is included for securing a compact tripod to the side of the bag, while other noteworthy features include a front stash pocket with key fob, a stow-away stabilising waist strap to help distribute bag weight and a padded, mesh-covered back pad. A built-in All Weather AW Cover pulls out to protect the contents of each bag against spray and showers.

Transit Backpack 350 AW and the Transit Sling 250 AW are available in slate grey at all good camera stores. The Transit Backpack 350 AW (RRP AU$159) measures 27 x 15 x 42 cm and weighs 1.1 kilograms. The Transit Sling 250 AW (RRP AU$129) measures 22 x 10 x 36 cm and weighs 800 grams.
