Maxwell International Australia has announced the release of two new Lowepro products: Lowepro Photo Hatchback daypacks and Dashpoint pouches, both of which are designed for outdoor and casual lifestyle use.

Suitable for use as a camera bag or a full daypack, the Photo Hatchback AW daypack has a flexible, contemporary design. An internal compartment provides space for carrying a full camera kit as well as personal gear and digital devices. Remove the internal camera box and the bag turns into a full daypack. A slip-over protective cover safeguards the bag’s contents when the weather turns. The removable padded camera box with storm-flap closure and grab handles. Access to equipment is easy vas a body-side hatchback opening. SlipLock attachment loops on the shoulder straps enable additional storage pouches to be added.

Photo Hatchback daypacks are offered in red, grey or blue and available in two sizes. The Photo Hatchback 16L AW, which takes a DSLR with lens plus one or two extra lenses, a tablet, water bottle and other personal gear has an RRP of $109, while the 22L AW, which accommodates a DSLR with larger attached lens, two or three extra lenses, a small notebook, water bottle and personal gear has an RRP of $129.

Lowepro’s Dashpoint pouches come in three sizes and are suitable for devices such as smartphones and slimline digital cameras to pocket videos, GPS units and MP3 players. Available in red, grey and blue, their prices range from $24 to $35, RRP. Features include a flexible t-Lock attachment system, durable padding, built-in memory card pocket and wide opening with reverse zippers.
