September 14, 2009: Lowepro distributor, Maxwell International Australia, has released details of two new camera bags and a neck strap, which go on sale this month.
Available in Black and Indigo Blue, the Lowepro Adventura is a series of lightweight shoulder bags designed for novice and enthusiast DSLR users. Designed to hold one DSLR camera body plus a range of common accessories, Adventura bags come comes in three sizes. The Adventura 120 and the slightly larger Adventura 140 feature a rear slip pocket for storing manuals, maps or a notepad, while the Adventura 170 provides two belt loops as an added carrying option. Each bag in the series includes a padded grab handle.

The zippered main compartment features a quick-release buckle and rainflap lid, offering quick access to contents when bag is unzipped and extra protection when bag is fully closed. A removable/adjustable shoulder strap features a non-slip patch and sturdy snaphooks make connections secure. Inside the fully padded interior, a soft tricot lining provides protection, plus a high-visibility burnt orange colour – making it easy to see your gear while you work out of the bag. Prices range from $45 for the Adventura 120 to $59 for the Adventura 170.
