Manfrotto has released its new 190 tripod, which combines compactness and easier portability together with high rigidity.

Aimed mainly at hobbyists, it introduces new features to provide photographers with the facilities they require. The new Quick power Lock (QPL) system allows for complete extension of the legs using just one hand. The new patented 90 ° columnis accessible via a quick ‘one finger push’ operation. Both the new flat upper disk and the 4-section model have a more compact closed dimension for greater portability and users can create a mobile photographic studio based upon the new Easy Link attachment, which enables accessories, such as LED lights for Macro Photography and VDSLR applications to be attached quickly through arms and brackets.
The new patented Rotating Levelling Bubble is quick to set up and allows to you to position the tripod more precisely. The new Leg Angle Selectors are also easy to
set up and won’t trap fingertips. The entire shape of the tripod has been modified and made more manageable and stylish and two rubber legwarmers are available for the aluminium version only to prevent the conduction of heat and cold in extreme weather conditions.
