Applications included in the downloads include Lexar Image Rescue 3, Lexar Backup n Sync, Corel Paint Shop Pro X, and Corel Snapfire Plus Standard Edition. Image Rescue 3 is the latest version of Lexar’s image recovery software. It allows users to recover lost or deleted photo, video, and audio files, regardless of flash memory card format, manufacturer, or mass storage compliant reader. Designed for both professionals and consumers, Image Rescue 3 has a redesigned, step-by-step interface for image recovery and includes a live online customer support chat link. It will be available as a free download to all purchasers of Lexar Professional and Platinum II CF, SD, and SDHC memory cards. Lexar Backup n Sync is powered by Sharpcast and eliminates traditional chores of manually uploading, sharing, and backing up images and associated metadata like album titles, captions, and comments, by synchronising images to Sharpcast’s servers via the Internet. Customers purchasing select CF and SD cards from all three Lexar card lines (Professional, Platinum II, and Standard) can download desktop software for synchronising and sharing for an unlimited number of images, with an extra 100MB of online storage capacity free of charge for original sized images.
