HP has unveiled new ENVY e-All-in-One and Photosmart e-All-in-One printers that will go on sale in late 2011 and early 2012.

 

September 9, 2011: HP has unveiled new ENVY e-All-in-One and Photosmart e-All-in-One printers that will go on sale in late 2011 and early 2012.
Designed with home users in mind, the new HP Photosmart 7510 e-All-in-One printer (RRP $249) comes with a 4.33-inch touch-screen with gesture control that allows users to easily browse and print content without a PC. The new HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-in-One printer (RRP $169) and HP Photosmart 5510 e-All-in-One printer (RRP $129) also come equipped with an integrated colour touch-screen. All three models include mobile printing solutions that enable users to print from smart phones and access printing services from their email address. Wireless control over printing, copying and scanning is also included.

The new HP ENVY has a slim profile and sleek look that fits in with the decor of any room in the home. A high-resolution 3.45-inch touch-screen display with gesturing capabilities allows users to select printing, scanning, copying and browsing of content on print apps (see below) with a finger’s swipe. The print tray extends and retracts automatically during printing and automated two-sided printing is available. Operation is whisper quiet. The HP ENVY e-All-in-One printer will be available in Australia from January 2012. Pricing will be announced closer to the release date.

The new printers can also take advantage of the approximately 100 print apps that are now available in Australia through the HP ePrintCentre. Users can easily program a variety of app content for Scheduled Delivery to their web-connected printers, to select, customise and automatically receive the content they want each day or week.
