April 30, 2007: Kayell Australia’s stand at the PMA Imaging Technology Expo, which opens in Melbourne on Friday, will showcase a cross section of GTI viewing system and soft proofing products.
New tools and technologies have provided photographers with the ability to access accurate soft-proofing. Visitors of the show will be able to see a range of products for ensuring consistent colour appearance throughout the reproduction process and implementing successful soft-proofing, along with varied options and accessories. The featured product line this year will be Graphiclite products, which are designed and manufactured to conform to the strict tolerances specified by current industry standards.
The new PDV-2020e/Dx desktop model (shown above, right) uses the latest multi-voltage electronic ballasts with D50 T8 Graphiclite lamps. Their design has been enhanced to provide increased efficiency at a lower cost. All models come pre-assembled with a unique hinged design that allows quick and easy set up for viewing and equally fast fold-up for storage and/or transport. Accessory side walls, available for each model, are recommended for tighter compliance to the D50 industry viewing standard. The PDV-2020e/Dx is designed with a dimmer to provide optimum viewing and environmental conditions for critical colour evaluation and soft-proofing.
GTI products are distributed in Australia by Kayell Australia. Full product details can be found at www.kayellaustralia.com.au.
